Dec. 6, Blue Grass Holiday Cheer

2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church in Lexington. More details coming soon.

Dec. 12 - GLCB Christmas Party, Louisville

Celebrate the season with good home cookin', carols, Santa, prizes and surprises. Bring the whole family. Watch for more details.

Dec. 14 - Christmas Caroling at KSB

Alumni and students from the Kentucky School for the Blind will carol in the neighborhood near the school, followed by hot chocolate, apple cider and homemade cookies. Alumni and friends of KSB welcome. 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Email Lynn Florence or call her at (502)551-7657 for more information.

Dec. 16 - GLCB Holiday Music Fest

GLCB and the recreation department at the Kentucky School for the Blind team up for a holiday musical celebration. Students, Alumni, and friends from the community perform holiday favorites. 6:30 - 8:00 pm in the Richie Auditorium at KSB; free; everyone welcome. Emceed by Ed Phillips.

Dec. 19 - Northern Kentucky Christmas Party

Celebrate the holidays with great food and good friends. Northern Kentucky Council of the Blind party at Perkins Restaurant; 5:00 p.m. Optional gift exchange; gifts should be at least of a $10 value.

July 9-17, 2010 - 49th ACB Conference and Convention

Spend a week with ACB in Phoenix, Arizona. Workshops, seminars, exhibits, focus groups, tours, and lots of social events. Visit the ACB website for more information.
