A passionate outpouring of support for the Kentucky School for the Blind occurred at the town hall meeting on April 20, 2009. Without prior planning or rehearsal, speakers representing every aspect of the blind community each cited different reasons as to why the KSB summer enrichment and work programs are so important to Kentucky's blind children in grades K through 12.
